I never thought I’d have a blog, but learning you are moving to the other side of the world makes you reevaluate things you put in the “I’ll never do that” category. So here I am, living in South Africa and writing a blog.
My husband, Kip, and I got married in February and two weeks later packed up all of our possessions and relocated for a six month stint in Cape Town. Instead of writing a million emails that all say the same thing, I am posting my experiences here.
This blog is for friends and family interested in our lives abroad. If you don’t fall in that category but are reading this blog anyway, awesome! If you do fall in the category of “friends and family” but are not interested in our lives here, that’s cool too.
